About Compliant Approach
Compliant Approach provides senior-level regulatory and GMP consulting support to organizations operating in highly regulated industries. Based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Compliant Approach was founded by Nicole Schepp, M.Sc., a compliance professional with 24 years of experience across pharmaceuticals, natural health products, biologics, medical devices, veterinary pharmaceuticals, cannabis, and radiopharmaceuticals.
Nicole is uniquely positioned to support clients because she has worked on both sides of the regulatory environment. In addition to extensive industry leadership experience, she spent seven years with Health Canada as an inspector, conducting inspections and compliance activities across a wide range of regulated sectors. That perspective allows her to help organizations understand not only what regulations require, but how those expectations are interpreted and applied in practice.
At its core, Compliant Approach is built on clear direction, practical support, and experienced judgement - helping clients build better systems and engage regulators with confidence.

Experience and Approach
Through Compliant Approach, Nicole supports companies with inspection readiness, remediation, internal audits, quality system development and improvement, supplier oversight, data integrity and governance, investigations and root cause analysis, validation, and practical GMP implementation. She is passionate about helping organizations build systems that are clear, workable, and aligned with both regulatory expectations and day-to-day operations.
Nicole also brings a strong background in teaching and training. She has developed and delivered GMP and quality-related education in both academic and professional settings and enjoys helping teams strengthen their understanding of regulatory requirements and apply them effectively within their own businesses.
"Ms. Schepp was the best instructor I have ever had! She explained GMP concepts and gave lots of real world examples that made it so interesting."
