Nicole Schepp is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Compliant Approach Regulatory Consulting Services Inc. She brings extensive experience in GMP, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and inspection management within highly regulated environments.
Nicole has worked both within industry and as a Health Canada inspector, giving her a practical understanding of regulatory expectations from both sides of the table. She has served in senior quality leadership roles and has led organizations through inspections, remediation, and the development of sustainable GMP systems.
In addition to her regulatory and quality expertise, Nicole is an experienced trainer, having delivered GMP and quality assurance education in academic and professional settings. She is known for her thoughtful, disciplined approach, clear direction, for helping organizations build stronger, more resilient quality systems.
